PROACTIVE TRUCK SERVICING SCHEDULING.
If you operate commercial vehicles, you should be aware that you could face corporate manslaughter charges if your driver has an accident in a vehicle that is overdue a service. To help minimise this risk, ensure that you never miss a service deadline and help to you efficiently manage your vehicles, we will proactively schedule the services of your entire fleet. We’ll also send reminders to you via email, fax or text message to suit your preferences. For larger fleets we deliver en mass scheduling reports that list all of your vehicles due for service in a given period of time.

DOCUMENT STORAGE SOLUTIONS.
You are legally obliged to hold key service information relating to all of your vehicles. At Aquila, we provide a documentation tool that holds all of your service and repair documentation electronically and is available for you to retrieve via our exclusive online customer portal. You can access this at any time to view, download or print any document that we hold relating to your vehicles and machinery.

DRIVER MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS.
